About us

Keepsake Memorial Jewellery is a small Australian family business, run by sisters Jennifer and Patricia from Melbourne.

We started our online jewellery business more than 15 years ago, originally creating handmade keepsakes to celebrate life’s happy moments — particularly the birth of a child and the making of a family.

Over the years, life changed for both of us. We experienced our own share of difficult times and loss, and those experiences gave us a very different perspective on what matters.

It was through this that our business evolved too.

We began offering memorial jewellery alongside our other keepsakes, and it quickly became something very close to our hearts. We realised that people don’t all want to remember someone in the same way — and they shouldn’t have to.

Every tribute is different.

For some, it’s a pendant containing ashes. For others, it’s a beloved pet, a lock of hair, dried flowers or something else that carries special meaning. Some people want something simple and understated, while others want to add initials, birthstones or other meaningful details.

That’s why we offer a range of jewellery and options that allow you to create a tribute that feels right for your story.

A LITTLE BIT DIFFERENT

We’re not a large jewellery company, and we don’t want to be.

We’re a family business, and we genuinely care about what we do and the people who choose us.

Our priorities have always been simple:

  • Beautiful, meaningful jewellery
  • Quality products at a fair price
  • Great customer service
  • Fast turnaround
  • Giving you choices to create something that feels personal to you

We are proud to have grown our little Australian business while still keeping that personal approach.

Today, more than 15,000 keepsakes have been delivered across Australia, and we’re still here doing what we’ve always done — helping people mark the moments, relationships and memories that matter most.

Whether it’s something to celebrate, something to remember, or something in between, we believe your keepsake should feel as individual as the story behind it.
