So we want you to have the peace of mind that you can return the jewellery for a guaranteed full refund or exchange (excluding postage) for any reason at all! This refund policy applies to all purchases that are not engraved/personalised. Of course, if there is any fault with a personalised memorial jewellery order, we will replace it for you. Please ensure that you contact us within 14 days to arrange the return or exchange. The pendants must be returned in their original packaging, unworn and undamaged.

Chains are Included
All pendants come with a chain included in the price. The sterling silver, gold vermeil and solid gold pendants come with a 45cm sterling silver link chain included within the price. It is not an extra. There are other chains you can select if you would prefer a different style.
The stainless steel pendants come with a 45cm link chain included in the price. You can choose to upgrade to a snake chain for $8.90 if you prefer that style.
Gift Packaging
All of our pendants come presented in a beautiful gift box and are tied with ribbon. In addition, all memorial jewellery for ashes also include a filling kit, instructions and tools required to assist you in filling your pendant, all presented in a gorgeous organza bag.
